Robbers gunned down in Port Harcourt

Luck ran out of a robbery gang today, when they tried to rob a bank customer around the popular Casablanca Restaurant, in G.R.A phase 3, Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
Eyewitness account revealed that the robbers had followed the customer from a commercial bank within G.R.A. Phase 3, but fortunately for the customer, the police intercepted the operation and killed two of the gang members while others are at large.
It was further revealed that the police recovered two AK 47 rifles, 7 magazines, some undisclosed amount of money and large quantities of 7.62 live ammunition.
