Super Eagles to get new coach next week

President of Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, has disclosed that they have held talks with the new coach of the Super Eagles, who will be unveiled next week.

The NFF boss also stated that his identity would not be disclosed until all documentations are complete.

Pinnick said, “We have identified and held talks with the coach who will guide the Super Eagles through the World Cup qualifiers and the World Cup proper in Russia. The only reason we are holding back the announcement is just to ensure that everything is in place before we unveil him to Nigerians,” he told Complete Sports.

“Money to pay the new coach was a problem but that has been solved because we now have a sponsor who will pick the bills of the coach. We are ready to go and within the next 10 days, we shall tell you all who is our next coach.”
