Hardship: Tunde tells Nigeria, APC brought change not chain

A Senior Pastor of Later Rain Assembly, Tunde Bakere, has called on Nigerians to desist from calling the change agenda of President Muhammadu as chain.

Bakare stated this at the presidential villa where he paid visit to the president on Friday.

Nigerians in some quarters have been making jocularly marks about the change mantra of the currently government, saying that they might have misunderstood ‘chain’ for ‘change’ during the 2015 presidential campaign.

Bakare, who was running mate to Buhari in 2011 presidential election called on all Nigerians to exercise patience with the current administration, saying the hard times would be over soon.

He assured that the maxim of change which is the slogan of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) would not translate to chain for the people.

He added that “Nigeria had drifted from its positive direction in the past and needed some conscious efforts to fix it,” he said would time to happen.
