All is now set for the Rivers South East Senatorial District Rally of the All Progressives Coongress, APC.
According to a statement by the Senatorial Local Organising Committee Chairman, Comrade James Kobaa, the rally will hold on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Ngo in Andoni Local Governement Area of Rivers State.
The statement said the rally will bring together both old and new members of the party.
Magnus Ngei Abe of the APC and Olaka Nworgu of the PDP are the two contenders for the sole ticket to represent the area in the senate.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had fixed October for the conclusion of all outstanding elections in the state.
