The lifeless body of a baby, suspected to be one-day-old, was discovered in the Ikotun area of Lagos State on Sunday.
Residents woke to the sorry sight at a BRT bus stop.
The baby that looked bloated and pale was found abandoned in a gutter with stagnant water.
May be it could occurred as accidental to the parent to dumped this baby here. But whosoever shouldn’t be heartless to dump this little lad in this manner.
