Assemblies of God: I am ready for peace, Paul Emeka insists

While His Supporters are believing his ability to scale through the case pending before the Supreme Court,a former General Superintendent Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka has began moves to reconcile with the leadership Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.

We  gathered that apart from the letter written Offiah (SAN), led Counsel to Paul Emeka, the former Assemblies Of God leader has also told some of his inner followers that he is ready for an out of Court settlement.

But Paul Emeka we have learnt is insisting that if the General Superintendent Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria, Rev  Chidi Okoroafor can step down, he will relinquish the position he is currently laying claim to and accept his suspension in good faith.

But a source close to the leadership of the church revealed that it is too late for Rev Paul Emeka because his end is at hand.

“How can he be talking of an out of court settlement now when the Court is about delivering their judgement, is he ready to refund all the funds belonging to the Church he used in staging this war against the Church that made him what he is Today”? The source asked.

It will be recalled that Rev Paul Emeka began a Court war against the Church in 2014 for invoking relevant sections of the Constitution and byelaws of the Church against him .

meanwhile, the Supreme Court has fixed February 24th 2017 to deliver its judgement In the case
