NIMASA boss mourns late Nation reporter, Dikewoha

The Director General, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr Dakuku Peterside has described as “shocking and devastating” the sudden demise of Mr Precious Dikewoha.

Reacting to the sad demise, Dr Peterside described the deceased as a “thoroughbred professional and gentleman,” who discharged his duties without fear of favour.

According to him, “this is indeed a sad loss to the journalism profession, Rivers state, and Nigeria at large. He was such a good reporter and contributed immensely to the good of the society.”

The NIMASA boss condoled with his immediate family, professional colleagues and, the board, management and staff of The Nation newspaper.

“Our hearts are with the family during this painful period. While we pray for the repose of his soul, may God give those he has left behind the strength and grace to bear this sad exit of a great soul,” he stated.
