Abe welcomes Osinbajo to Rivers

 …Applauds FG’s efforts to complete Bodo-Bonny road

The senator representing Rivers South-East Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Senator Magnus Ngei Abe, has welcomed the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, to Rivers State as he flags-off the construction of the Bodo-Bonny Road.

Abe, in a statement issued in Port Harcourt and signed by his spokesman, Parry Saroh Benson, lauded the efforts of the President Muhammadu Buhari- led Federal Government towards the completion of the Bodo-Bonny Road project

He stated that with the re-award of the road contract, the Federal Government has again shown its commitment to development of the Niger Delta region.

The senator said, “We welcome the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo as he visits Rivers State to flag off the construction of the Bodo-Bonny Road.

“This is Professor Osinbajo’s second visit to flag-off projects in Rivers State in the last three months. It goes a long way to show the effort and commitment of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government to the development of the Niger Delta.”

Abe expressed the hope that when completed, the Bodo-Bonny road will positively affect the economy of the people of Rivers South-East Senatorial District.
