Wike reconstitutes Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has approved the re-constitution of the Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board , RISUBEB, few hours after the former board was dissolved yesterday.

According to a statement by Simeon Nwakaudu, Special Assistant to the Rivers State Governor on Electronic Media, the reconstituted Board will be sworn in by the Rivers State Governor on Friday 28th June, 2019 by 2pm  at the Executive Council Chamber of Government House Port Harcourt.

 Accordingly, members of the Board  are expected  to be seated  at the Executive Council Chamber  by 1.30pm.

According to the statement, the former board chairman, Venerable Fyneface Akah was returned.

Others on the board are Mr Cyril Hart, Mr Precious Baridoo and Chief Faith Amaso as members.
