The member representing Eleme/Oyigbo/Tai Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Chisom Promise Dike has reportedly dumped the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Dike is the second rep member to dump the PDP for APC in a space of three months, the other being Ephraim Nwuzi, member representing Etche/Omuma federal constituency.
The lawmaker said at a town hall meeting in a video that has gone viral that the reason for his defection was because Governor Nyesom Wike denied knowing him from Adam, adding that Wike runs his government on favouritism.
