Wife kills former Supervisory Councillor in Rivers

While the people of Obio/Akpor in Rivers State are still grappling with the news of a Keke rider killed Thursday morning by a police officer attached to the Rumuokoro Police Station in the area, another tragedy struck as news of the death a former supervisory councillor in the LGA, Mr. Kinikanwo Amadi broke out.

Amadi was allegedly stabbed to death by his wife in Nkpolu-Rumuigbo Community in the area.

The news of his death was made known by his friends and political associates who took to Facebook to  mourn his demise with pictures of his corpse.

The deceased was stabbed severally on his abdomen, chest and arms leading to his death.
