The Rivers State Police Command says the viral photo and video of a sixty year old woman alleged to have kidnapped three children in the State is innocent of the crime.
A video and photo went viral on the social media where an elderly woman was being humiliated by some members of the public after they saw her with three children .
However the Spokesperson of the Rivers State Police Command Grace Iringe-Koko in a statement clarified that the children are the grand children of the elderly woman. She called on the public to disregard the information that she was a kidnapper.
