Atiku group call for Wike’s suspension over anti-party activities

A group known as the Atiku Abubakar Support Media Team, Rivers State Chapter, has called for the suspension of governor Nyesom Wike  from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for alleged anti-party activities.

The group said Wike’s romance with opposition candidates and parties and publicly supporting them calls for concern and questioning.

Atiku Support Media Team Rivers State Chapter, through it’s State Coordinator, Mr Enyi Wisdom, called on the National Working Committee, Board of Trustees and the National Executive Committee to immediately look into the actions of Gov. Wike’s dealing and romance with members of opposition parties to PDP and take a decisive action by suspending him because, “A Stitch in Time, Saves Nine.

“If Gov. Wike’s actions are not properly checked and a decisive disciplinary measures taken, it will then mean that the National Leadership of PDP want us to fail here in Rivers State”.

“We are waiting for the actions of the National Leadership so that others will learn as no one man owns the party,” the group said.
