Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara has approved the appointment of 16 new special assistants to help him pilot the affairs of the state.
The appointment was contained in a statement by the Senior Special Assistant on Media to the governor, Boniface Onyedi.
According to the statement, the appointment is with immediate effect.
Those appointed are:
1. Owolabi Ofori – Special Assistant, Logistics
2. Ogbonda C. J. Okocha- Special Assistant, Project Monitoring
3. Princewill A Dike- Special Assistant, Strategy
4. Chima Aguma – Special Assistant, Aviation Matters
5. Joseph Awuse – Special Assistant, Finance
6. Igwe Anyanwu – Special Assistant, Foreign Investment
7. Jerry A. Omotsegunwa – Special Assistant, Electronic Media
8. Fenibo Fubara Jnr – Special Assistant, ICT
9. Engr. Nyanabo Maxwell Soye- Special Assistant, Students Affairs
10. Benard Odike – Special Assistant, Social/New Media
11. Princess Dorathy Osaronu – Special Assistant, Social/New Media
12. Seigha Edwin Adedeji – Special Assistant, Social/New Media
13. Marshall Obuzor – Special Assistant, Social/New Media
14. Linda Owutubo – Special Assistant, Gender
15. Norisia Wilfred Pepple – Special Assistant, Youth and Sports
