Belemaoil relocates headquarters to Kula

 Belemaoil, an indigenous upstream oil firm has relocated its corporate headquarters to Kula in Akuku-Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State.

According to a circular signed by Mr. Pedro Diaz, the Acting Managing Director of the company, the decision was in “line with the Presidential initiative, advising Oil Producing Companies operating in the Niger Delta to relocate their corporate headquarters to their areas of operation, Belemaoil hereby announce adherence to this noble call, by moving its corporate headquarters to Kula Island City.

“Our new address is now No1.Donald J. Trump Boulevard, Off Muhammadu Buhari Kula-Degema Express Way, Belema Atlantic Island, Kula Town, South-South, heartland of the Niger Delta, Nigeria.

” This noble move places Belemaoil as the first Upstream Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company operating in Nigeria, to adhere to Federal Government of Nigeria Policy Initiative (FGNPI), set to advance the economic wellbeing of its hosts Communities and further add to national GDP.

“Belemaoil Model is Community Partnership, Community Nearness and mutual socio-economic discuss geared toward appreciating critical and strategic stakeholders sensitivity management, designed to multiply wealth creation for the needy people.

” This strategic move goes a long way in appreciating Chevron Nigeria Limited for enhancing the Belemaoil Platform to continue its Community empowerment scheme through the BELEMAOIL MODEL.

” As Africa’s first Oil Producing Company with host community roots, we are committed to having the good people of our operating area benefit in real terms from our operations. As part of this initiative, each oil field area will also have a Belemaoil operational base as a strategic economic growth center for the Community. This will create more job opportunities for youths, reinforce a peaceful and conducive atmosphere in these Communities and eradicate all forms of social vices.
