Nigerian rapper, Tobechukwu Melvin Ejiofor, popularly known as Ill Bliss, Oga Boss or that Igbo Boy, has urged his fellow celebrities to speak up against the killings and bloodshed going on in the South East.

Government forces have been battling hoodlums attacking government facilities and security agencies in the area.

Hundreds of innocent residents have also been caught in the crossfire while thousand of others have been reportedly abducted, detained or extra-judicially executed by security agencies.

President Muhammadu Buhari had also on Tuesday threatened to unleash another civil war on the region.

The rapper, using his Twitter account urged fellow celebrities to speak up and not be convenient Igbos.

He said on his social media page: We are Not Conveniently Igbo.

“We are Igbos every day of our lives.

“Through thick × Thin.

“So much mutiny and bloodshed in our land. We must speak up. Every single one of us, from the least known to the biggest celebrities. This is not a time to choose your convo. Use your voice”.
