Reports say a senator from Ekiti State, Sylvester Ayodele Arise, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.
According to sources, the All Progressives Congress, APC, chieftain was reported to have been abducted on his way to Abuja from Akure on Sunday night.
At the moment we gathered not much has been heard about his safety or likely release even as the kidnappers are said to have made contact with his family and demanding a ransom of N80m.
