In a bid to empower the youth and people of Khana LGA in Rivers State, the Executive Chairman of the area, Chief Lahteh Lah-Loolo has approved the appointment of two hundred and one persons as members of the council advisory committee and Special assistants in the council.
According to a statement by the Director of Press to the chairman, Comrade Christian Saro Ganale, fifty six persons out of the number are to serve as members of the advisory committee while one hundred and forty five persons will serve as special assistants to the Executive chairman.
The statement said the appointment is with immediate effect and advised the affected persons to check their names on the council’s notice board at the council headquarters in Bori.
The statement further enjoins the affected persons to liaise with the chief of staff of the council for necessary documentation .
