Delta Speaker mourns Nwaoboshi

Tributes have continued to be showered on late Chief Francis Nwaoboshi as those who knew him lamented his demise.

Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Monday Igbuya said he was greatly pained by the news, saying “Delta State has lost a great politician, humanist and community leader.

The death of the 87-year-old political and community leader occurred on Saturday, April 16, 2016.

Igbuya in a condolence message to the family, friends and relatives described late Nwaoboshi as a politician who demonstrated a life of service, love, compassion and excellence.

“Chief Nwaoboshi had a generous spirit. He was dependable in every facet of his life. He was also admired for his vision and his steadfast devotion to his family. He will be remembered as a loving and caring leader” Igbuya said.

Igbuya extended heartfelt commiserations to Senator Peter Nwaoboshi.

“On behalf of my family, the Delta State House of Assembly and the good people of Sapele State Constituency, I extend my heartfelt condolences to, the good people of Ibusa over this painful and irreparable loss.
