Rivers: Tele Ikuru, Secondus at loggerheads

Former deputy Governor of Rivers State Engr. Tele Ikuru and Prince Uche Secondus who served as the Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party on Sunday were engaged in a physical combat when an argument between both politicians degenerated into a fight.
According to a reliable source from the home of the former deputy Governor who revealed how all has not been well with his boss since the PDP lost the 2015 general election.
Crystal News gathered that trouble started when Engr. Tele Ikuru openly lamented how he regrets betraying his former boss Rt. Hon. Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi. The source told our correspondent his words didn’t sound new anymore as Engr. Tele Ikuru has openly voiced his regret on several occasions.
There was a melodrama as Prince Uche Secondus did not take it well this time, the disagreement later degenerated into a more physical battle as both parties became involved in fisticuffs over their opposing positions.
Our source recounted that his boss was shouting on top of his voice, accusing his uncle of being behind their bad political fortunes. A situation where the People of Andoni have lost out completely in the scheme of things with no political recognition, relevance or whatsoever under the Wike administration.
When other politicians who were present intervened to save the ugly situation from degenerating further, Engr. Tele Ikuru stormed out of the house with a torn shirt as he drove away. He was heard shouting “It’s over! It’s over! Am going back for a reconciliation with my former boss, no matter what it takes. Am done”.
