Arsenal’s injury worries have increased with Alex Iwobi being ruled out for up to a month with a hip injury.
The midfielder picked up the injury, during their 4-3 defeat to Liverpool in their first Premier League fixture of this season played on Sunday.
The Nigerian midfielder is expected to miss the Gunners’ next two matches against Leicester City and Watford before the international break.
He is expected to be fit to return for the home game against Southampton on September 10.
Recall that the Emirate side have Gabriel Paulista and Per Mertersacker all sidelined due to injury.
