A s the crisis rocking the Assemblies of God Church continues to linger, a Five Member Panel of Supreme Court Justices has fixed February 24th 2017 for Judgement in the case pending before it between Paul Emeka Vs Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
The Five Member Panel comprising of Justices Mary Odili,C C Nwaeze,Kekere-Ekun, Ejembi Eko after hearing the Appeal filed by a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka adjourned till February for Judgement
We also learnt that Rev Paul Emeka had allegedly written a letter to the Supreme Court saying he is now ready for an Out of Court Settlement of the matter.
