Sanitation exercise to hold without restriction of movement in Rivers on Saturday

This month’s sanitation exercise will hold on Saturday, October 28, 2017, across the 23Local Government Areasof Rivers State from 7am – 10am.

Sole Administrator of Rivers State Waste Management Agency, RIWAMA, Bro Felix Obuah, who announced the sanitation exercise in a statement in Port Harcourt, however, said there will be no restriction of human and vehicular movements during the period of the exercise, while appealing to all Rivers people and those living and doing business in the State to participate fully in the exercise.

The RIWAMA Sole Administrator urged owners of trucks (individuals and cooperate organizations) to make them available their trucks for the evacuation of waste that would be generated as a result of the exercise.
