Take note of Ojukaye’s comment, PDP Chairman, Obuah tells INEC, security agencies

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Rivers State Chapter, Bro Felix Obuah has noted with dismay what he described as inciting and unguarded utterances of the factional State chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ojukaye Flag Amachree.

He said his statements  constitute a threat to the 2019 general elections in the  State.

Obuah alleged stated that: “While the dust raised by during the Port Harcourt State Constituency 3 bye-election which led to its suspension by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was yet to settle, the APC factional State Chairman has again boasted that the 2019 general election especially the governorship election would be anything but free and fair”.

Obuah who spoke through his media aide Jerry Needam, said  series of comments by Ojukaye on his facebook wall that whatever that is needed to be done to remove Gov Nyesom Wike from office would be done not minding the means and cost.

Coming less than 24 hours after the visiting Ambassador of Ireland to Nigeria and his European Union counterpart to Rivers State, Bro Obuah wants the INEC, the police, the military as well as the international community to take note of the self-indicting statement of Mr Ojukaye.

The State PDP boss also warned against regarding Ojukaye’s threats as an empty talk or sweeping it under the carpet as usual so as to save the State the imminent danger of the APC’s plot.

“This is an open admission by the trigger-happy Ojukaye who is still walking about the council areas of the State issuing threats as an untouchable simply because of the underserved immunity being given to him from being arrested for the havoc he wreaked during the Port Harcourt State Constituency 3 bye-election. This should serve as a reference point at the appropriate time so that he (Ojukaye) will not as usual, begin to point accusing fingers at innocent persons after carrying out his threat with his police-backed thugs,” Bro Obuah stressed.
