Abia PDP senatorial primary election: Orji, Ohuabunwa, Abaribe clinch victories

A former Governor of Abia State Chief Theodore Orji has emerged  as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Abia Central Senatorial District election in the 2019.

Orji was elected unopposed.

The chairman of the senatorial election committee Prince Ezekwesiri Ananaba declared  Orji as dully elected.

In his acceptance remarks Orji commended his constituents for electing him to represent them and urged them to vote for in e-mass during the main election in 2019.

Also Senator Enyinnaya  Abaribe representing Abia South senatorial district polled 413 votes to defeat three other aspirants in the race.

While Senator Moa Ohuabunwa representing Abia North senatorial also polled 741 votes to be elected to run for a second term in 2019 unopposed
