Rivers APC crisis: Appeal Court adjourns to October 31

The Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt has adjourned until October 31 to continue hearing in the matter involving Ibrahim Umar & 22 ors challenging the conduct of party primaries in the state on August 19, 20, and 21.

 The Court on Tuesday said the decision to adjourn was to allow the appellant party secure the Certified True Copy, CTC, of the judgment entered by Hon. Justice Chinwe Nwogu of a Rivers State High Court and the that of the Supreme Court delivered yesterday.

Senator Magnus Abe and his side had yesterday celebrated the judgment of the Supreme.
