Manchester United have announced the sack of manager, Jose Mourinho.
The Portuguese was dismissed on Tuesday after a series of poor results.
Before now, many had wished he had been sacked following the series of controversy that has characterized his stay at the Theatre of Dreams.
United announced the former Real Madrid’s coach sack on its Twitter account, saying, “Manchester United has announced that Jose Mourinho has left the Club.
“We would like to thank him for his work during his time at Manchester United and wish him success in the future.”
Mourinho had previously coached Inter Milan of Italy and Cheksea of England.
