Police, students clash leaves over twenty injured in Port Harcourt

Reports say no fewer than  20 students have been wounded as policemen released teargas on protesting students of the Rivers State College of Health Sciences and Technology, RIVCOTECH, in Port Harcourt.

It was gathered that the incidence occurred Thursday morning while the students were on a peaceful protest for the release of students that were allegedly arrested by unknown security personnel.

It was  gathered that unknown security personnel stormed the college  yesterday night and randomly arrested over 15 students.

The police command is yet to react to the incident at the time of this report.
