Unknown gunmen kidnap Samson Siasia’s mother, two others in Bayelsa

Mother of former Supers Eagles player and coach Sampson Siasia, Madam Ogere Siasia, has been abducted by unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers.

 She was kidnapped alongside two other close family members in Bayelsa State.

The other victims whose names were given as Florence Dounana, age 65, and her daughter Selekere Dounana, age 17, were said to be close family members of the Siasias.

It was gathered that the 76-year-old and the two other victims were abducted at about 2am, Monday morning from their family home in Odoni, Sagbama Local Government of  the state.

 Madam Ogere Siasia, was first kidnapped in November 2015 and spent 12 days in the hands of her captors before her released was secured .

Close family sources who confirmed the incident said it happened midnight while she was sleeping at her home town.

Meanwhile, the Bayelsa State Police Command is yet to comment on the matter at press time.
