Suspected Serial killer Gracious David West, who is standing trial for the murder and attempted murder of several ladies in hotels in Port Harcourt, before Justice Adolphus Enebeli of Rivers State High Court has demanded for sixty thousand (60,000) naira he said belongs to him but in police possession.

Vincent Chuku Counsel to the 1st Defendant Gracious David West, filed an application before the court requesting that the suspect is in need of his money in police custody.

The State Prosecuting Counsel, Chidi Ekeh, told the court that the sixty thousand naira in question is not included in the list of items as exhibits submitted by the police to the State Prosecution.

He added that if there is such money as exhibits with the police that they will surely get it.
