A yet to be identified woman was Saturday, crushed to death in Port Harcourt the Rivers State capital.
Eyewitness accounts said the incident happened at the CFC flyover along the Port Harcourt/Aba expressway close to the state office of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC.
The woman was said to be crossing the road when she was marched to pieces by a trailer, cutting her body into two separate parts.
When this reporter visited the scene, blood stains filled the area while her corpse was said to have been evacuated by men of the State Command of the FRSC.
Efforts to reach FRSC sector commander and the State police Command for comments yielded no fruit at the time of this report.
