Danger averted as building collapses in Port Harcourt

Danger was Wednesday, averted as a three-storey building collapsed at the old Port Harcourt Township axis of Rivers State.

No life was lost in the incident.

Eyewitness accounts have it that the building located at 112 Bende Street in the area collapsed around 2:00am in the morning, while residents of the area were still asleep as a part of the building fell to the ground.

Some shop owners around the building were also seen parking their goods as they fear that the remaining part could fall on them anytime soon.
