River guber: Niger Delta Artisans endorse Sobomabo Jackrich

A group known as Niger Delta Professional Artisans Council ( NDPAC) has endorsed the gubernatorial bid of the Rivers State Gubernatorial Candidate of National Rescue Movement (NRM), Ambassador Sobomabo Jackrich.

This follows  an interface by Ambassador Sobomabo Jackrich with members of the artisans across six states of the Niger Delta at the state party secretariat in Port Harcourt.

Presenting the certificate of endorsement, National President Niger Delta Professional Artisans Council, Comrade Hero Jack; Paramount Ruler of Ibuluye Agu in Kula Kingdom, His Royal Highness, King Goddy Degbani Oruprabo, said the move was in recognition of his antecedents of human capacity development in his private capacity, expressing confidence that if victorious at the governorship polls, he will do more to uplift the welfare of artisans in the state.

On his part, Rivers State Gubernatorial Candidate of National Rescue Movement, Ambassador Sobomabo Jackrich, commended members of the NDPAC for the recognition, assuring them that if elected, NRM administration will create a ministry to cater for the affairs of SMEs and artisans in the state.

Earlier, the Rivers State Deputy Gubernatorial Candidate of National Rescue Movement, Reverend Leyiinu Nwikpor Torkia, said the NRM administration will be all inclusive and accessible to all citizens of the state.

 The event witnessed the defection of some members of the All Progressives Congress from the Rivers South East Senatorial District to the National Rescue Movement.

Receiving the defectors, State chairman of NRM, Ibiyekaribo Peters, assured the decampees of equal opportunities in the party.
