Police arrest three cult members in Rivers

The Rivers State Police Command said it has arrested three suspected cultists in gure community, Khana local council of the state.

The command in a statement by its public relations officer, SP Grace Iringe-Koko said the arrest was made following a tip off by operatives of the Anti-Cultism Unit Bori Annex.

Iringe-Koko said the officers arrested Mr. Kensuanu Dick popularly known as Aaro, Mr. Myimaka Olu and one Junior Mbo of Bean Community who are members of a cult group, that has been terrorizing the area.

One locally made pistol was recovered during the search, the police said.
