Rivers APM guber candidate adopts Abe, warns National Chairman to desist from blackmail

Governorship candidate of the Allied People’s Movement (APM) for the March 18th  Governorship/ House of Assembly   elections in Rivers State, Comrade Prince Atuma has called on the party’s National Chairman, Muhammad Musa Bagana to desist from blackmailing him before the people .

This is coming shortly after the APM candidate and other leaders of the party in the state on Tuesday, adopted the candidate of the Social Democratic Party, Magnus Abe as their choice gubernatorial candidate for this Saturday’s election .

Atuma in a statement he personally signed wondered why the national chairman of the party would stoop so low to answer to issues that have been detailed and discussed. Reacting to the statement from Bagana that the APM governorship candidate is not representing the interest of the party by accepting to partner with the SDP,  Prince Atuma said no party is bigger than the will of the people especially at a time like this when change is drastically needed.

He noted that he is the flag-bearer of the party in Rivers State and the decision to collaborate with the Social Democratic Party governorship candidate, Senator Magnus Abe was a consensus agreement.

Atuma advised his teeming supporters and the general public to ignore the statements against him by Bagana and come out in their numbers to vote on Saturday.

The  APM candidate who is also the chairman of Odio Corporative & Credit  Society Limited as well as the CEO of Odioku Sky Limited , said he should be treated with honour as he has been the one funding the party.

He further urged Muhammad Bagana  to desist from making further  malicious publications against him as it will no longer be condone.
