MOSOP lauds HYPREP BOT Chairman on academic feat

The Movement For The Survival of Ogoni People, MOSOP, has congratulated the Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project, HYPREP, Dr Mike Nwielaghi on his latest academic feat of graduating with a First Class Honours in Law from the Rivers State University in the 2023/2024 Academic Session.

MOSOP in a statement by its Publicity Secretary, Comrade Imeabe Saviour Oscar, said the feat by The HYPREP BOT chairman underscores his dedication to studies and academic prowess as a lecturer and as a technocrat.

He said: “MOSOP today congratulates one of our own, Dr Mike Nwielaghi on his academic success of coming out with First Class Degree in Law as confirmed by the Senate and Governing Council of the Rivers State University.

“Ofcourse, this is not an easy feat especially in a university like RSU considering the amount or courses and academic exercises involved.

“Infact, MOSOP is baffled at how he was able to combine his academics with his ever tasking job at HYPREP which requires his attention at all time”.

MOSOP said the achievement of Dr Mike Nwielaghi is a typical illustration of the resilience of a typical Ogoni person and their desire to standout from.the crowd wherever they are found.

“This feat has indeed demonstrated that Ogoni ethnic Nationality is blessed with abundance of intelligent men and women and technocrats per excellence.

“This achievement by Dr Nwielaghi demonstrates the dexterity, resilience and the hunger of a typical Ogoniman to distinguish himself wherever he is found.

“We congratulate you and we pray for more wisdom and understanding in your future endeavours,” he said.
