The Rivers State Chapter of the Inter-Party Advisory Council, IPAC, have congratulated Governor Siminalayi Fubara on the occasion of his 50th birthday, saying that his commitment towards the welfare of Rivers State has changed the fortunes of the state.
Rivers IPAC in a statement by the chairman, Osaro Solsuema and secretary, Ben Ogbobula, said the governor’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the future of the state.
