Serial Killer: David West’s accomplice to be arraigned in court

One Nimi ThankGod, a suspected serial killer will be arraigned before a Rivers State High Court presided over by Justice Adolphus Enebeli in Port Harcourt for killing several ladies in hotel rooms by the Rivers State Government.

Thankgod will be charged alongside Gracious David West, in the murder of several ladies in different hotels in the state.

The Attorney General of the state,  Zacchaeus Adangor, filed an application before the court requesting to withdraw the original charge, filed by the Police and substitute same with a fresh charge with proof of evidence as required by law.

Adangor told the court that the fresh charge came up after the Prosecution studied the original charge given to them by the police which showed that Nimi ThankGod ought to have been charged together with Gracious David West in the matter.

The Attorney-General urged the court to give the Defendants time to go through the process that was served on them this morning, adding that it will also give the Prosecution time to arraign the second accused person Nimi ThankGod in court.

On his part, Vincent Chukwu, Counsel to one of the Defendants, Gracious David West, also made an application to the court for more time to go through the processes served.

The presiding Judge, Justice Adolphus Enebeli, after listening to the Counsels in the matter, adjourned to 21st November for the suspects to take their plea.

Zacchaeus Adangor while speaking with reporters outside the courtroom  said the Prosecution is convinced that the criminal case involved the second Defendant Nimi ThankGod, stressing that the suspect will be arraigned at the next adjourned date.
