El-Rufai to install Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli as Emir of Zazzau Monday

Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State will on Monday, 9th November, 2020 install the 19th Emir of Zazzau, Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli.

A statement from the Kaduna State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Ja’afaru Sani, said the Central Working Committee for the installation of the 19th Emir of Zazzau, is calling on the people of Kaduna State and Nigerians in general to come out en masse to support and witness the historic Installation of His Highness Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli as the 19th Emir of Zazzau by His Excellency the Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufa’i.

The statement said all arrangements have been concluded for a momentous and hitch-free event which is taking place tomorrow, Monday November 9, 2020, at the Muhammadu Aminu Square, Race Course GRA Zaria by 10 O’clock in the morning.

The Installation ceremony, the statement said would be followed immediately by a horse procession by His Highness Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli, council members, District Heads and title holders from the Race Course to the Emir’s Palace in Zaria City.

The statement urged people to pray for peace, unity and prosperity of Zazzau Emirate and to come out and line up the road from Tudun Wada to Kofar Doka and pay homage to than Se new Emir and his entourage.
