By: Emmanuel Nlewedum

People  of the four Ikwerre speaking local government areas of Obio/Akpor, Emohua, Port Harcourt City and Ikwerre LGAs in Rivers State have been charged to be good ambassadors of their families, the Ikwerre ethnic nationality, Rivers State and  Nigeria in general.

Genecral Overseer of Christ the Life Bible International Church, Prophet E. S. Okenna gave the charge when the National Association of KELGA Students, University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) Chapter paid him a courtesy visit in his church at Omuanwa  where they bestowed an “Award of Honour” on him.

The cleric advised the students to shun all social vices and crime related activities and focus on their studies stating that they are leaders of tomorrow.

He however, promised to support the students in their academic pursuit and thanked them for the honour bestowed on him, adding that the award would spur him to do more.

Earlier, President of the National Association of KELGA Students, UNIPORT chapter, Comrade Ojirika Virtue Chigoziri thanked the clergyman and the church for the warm reception, assuring that they will live up to expectation as leaders of tomorrow.

He said they were at the church to honour the clergy in recognition of his commitment and numerous support to students, widows and the less privileged in the society and to also tap and learn from the wealth of his leadership experience.
