We will beat Enyimba in Nigeria – Sundowns coach

Coach of Mamelodi Sundowns, Pitso Mosimane, boasted that they will also beat Enyimba in Nigeria, following their 2-1 win at home in a CAF Champions League Group B fixture.

The South African club are now topping the group with three points, while Zamalek of Egypt also have three points. Enyimba have no point.

He said, “We can now go to Nigeria and beat Enyimba again,” Mosimane said after the match on Wednesday.

“We have conquered the phobia of playing against Nigeria and I am proud of the boys.

“We may have scored some crappy goals and we conceded a goal which I warned them against because their player scored a similar goal against Abia Warriors in a recent Nigeria league game.”

Zamalek will play Sundowns on July 17, while Enyimba will take on Zamalek away on August 14.
