The Body of Permanent Secretaries, Rivers State has congratulated Governor Siminalayi Fubara, on the occasion of his 51st birthday, describing him as “a Governor who leads by serving.”
In a statement issued on behalf of the body to mark the celebration, the Head of Service of Rivers State, Dr. Inyingi Brown, commended the Governor’s people-centred and service-driven leadership, noting its positive impact on institutional stability and public service delivery in the State.
The body also expressed special appreciation for the Governor’s approval of a befitting accommodation complex for Permanent Secretaries, saying it underscores his commitment to staff welfare and efficiency.
To commemorate the Governor’s birthday, the body announced the sponsorship of 329 JAMB forms for indigent students across the 319 wards of Rivers State. A breakdown shows that 319 forms are allocated to the 319 wards. 5 forms allocated to non-indigenes and 5 forms allocated to persons with disabilities.
