Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara has approved the appointments of Dr Uche Ideozu as Accountant General of the state and Dr George Nwaeke as Head of Rivers State Civil Service.
The two appointments according to a statement from Government House, Port Harcourt, takes immediate effect.
Also, the governor will swear-in four new commissioners today.
Those to be sworn-in includes Dr. Dax Alabo George-Kelly, Professor Zaccheaus Adangor, Professor Chinedu Mmom, Isaac Kamalu.
